General conditions
Prices include bed linen, bath and swimming towels, internet access, satellite cable TV, baby equipment, access to the 18x5m swimming pool, table-tennis, barbecue and private parking.
Two bedrooms have each an extra bed, that can be used exceptionaly. Please enquire for pricing
Lodging taxes included.
Arrivals on Saturday from 5:00pm. Departure on Saturday by 10:00am.
Upon reservation, a down-payment of 50% of the total rental cost is required, the balance to be paid 2 months before arrival.
A refundable cheque is requested as a guarantee against eventual breakage: 1200€ La Source (500€ Petit Mas); Mas Meyeau 950€ - per stay
Long term rentals accepted. Please enquire.
Extra heating cost, extra air conditioning in June and September and/or heating per week : La Source 150€ (Petit Mas 90€); mas Meyeau 100€ per stay.
End of stay cleaning : Le Mas 360€ (Petit Mas 90€); Mas Meyeau 260€
Pets : by prior arrangement, adult dog, small or medium size only, 1 max., at additional cost of 110€/stay
